This incident has now been resolved.
The NHS have confirmed that the RTEC service was restored at approximately 10:30am this morning.

Investigating

The NHS have informed us that they are currently investigating an RTEC related incident which began at approximately 3:30am.
This incident has been escalated to DWP, who are continuing their investigation.

We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
